A magnificent read (titled Beyond Codependency and getting better all the time by Melody
Beattie) gave me an instant sigh of relief; a burst of energy; a sign of life and of blood rushing through my
veins........Invigorating! Roman v and xi is all I have to say!
You must read it! I reasure you, YOU will want to read on even if you put the book down for a
moment, I reasure you, you will eventually retrieve it once more!
A more subtle read was Boundaries written by Dr. Whitfield; a recommended read about the
trials and tribulations life brings our way. This was my first read; I strongly suggest you read from
start to finish; The amount of stress I was experiencing when I read this book was overbearing and I
seemed to be shuffling through the pages so fast it seemed I read it in spurts and never at a steady
flow. A steady flow means you are relaxed, and have a clear mind. Sit back, kick your feet up and enjoy
these two books: Boundaries was healing; it will inspire you and give you permission to be you.....
Codependency will revitalize you; make you feel alive, and, when you're down (not done), pick the
BOOK back up!
It's never to late to love yourself and allow yourself to escape by way of a good read. If you have children,
or a spouse, anyone living with you....Read the book to them! This way you have the opportunity to read it
and share the love you have inside of you......... In other words, you will be teaching others LOVE and how
to GROW as well. Be a STORYTELLER IF THAT'S WHAT IT TAKES! I dedicate this song to my brothers.
There's nothing left for me here....... I have given it my ALL and I could not prevail the
darkness that awaited me each day..... I have GROWN closer to GOD..... But in the end I will have
to move on....... There's a NEW PATH that awaits me....... I will have to dredge up the courage to
pursue it; they say the hardest thing to do is start anew..... But once you get through the threshold it
gradually becomes easier! I sure HOPE SO!

Remember to Love Yourselves first then love for OTHERS will grow; just say "I am beautiful and i am good, i love the lord, the lord is always good," [as in Jesus our savior] over and over and over again".....this will bring you comfort and peace and soon you will begin to love others in the way jesus loves YOU!

New Testament
1 Corinthians 13
1 If I speak in the tongues[a] of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. 3 If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast,[b] but do not have love, I gain nothing.
4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. 9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part, 10 but when completeness comes, what is in part disappears. 11 When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me. 12 For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.
13 And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
